Tasting Notes:  Bright sunny yellow color. Strong minerality and a near sub-salty character in the nose dripping with summer fruits’ sweetness. Voluminous body, a pluralistic mineral character of marble and limestone in the mouth, balanced acidity and a long contemplative aftertaste.
